It was still version 2.3.1 last year around this time, and now it’s 2.7, codename Coltrane. Who’s Coltrane. The biggest change in this version is the almost totally new interface. Personally I think it’s very much cleaner, yet it’s gonna take me a while to get used to it. Especially the vertical side navigation as oppose the old horizontal way. Other than that, everything looks fine. Everyone loves the drag and drop boxes thingy isn’t it.

Also, finally a new header after god knows how long. I quite like it, as much as the previous one.

Anyways, besides the banner, added two Google (Open Social?) powered widgets at the sidebar, just for fun probably – since I dun see any great use of them yet. They’re called Google Friend Connect.

The first one is sort of like adding members to a website but seriously they could’ve done much more than that – then again, don’t everyone get tired with these social networking things?

I find the second one (the wall) a lil more useful since I didn’t put any tag board here. It’s for whoever to post and share their comments or links or even a Youtube clip, and the best thing is you can reply to the post / comment itself.

The next thing for me is probably to create a new poll after 6 months. ^^”
