Honey & Clover Spin-off

Nomiya Banzai!! X3

..

Actually this spin-off has been released since very early of this year but I just had the chance to read the English translated version, thanks to Mikazuki Scanlations (follow the link for the downloads). Apparently it’s also the second spin-off of H&C; my guess for the first would be the Fujiwara Design chapter (remember Yamazaki’s ultimate fashion sense)?

Anyways, it’s the Fujiwara Design trio again! *Hearts* Okay there are four of them if you count Leader in. More importantly, the storyline is focusing on Nomiya x Yamada pairing, which is also what I’ve been rooting for since many moons ago. Nomiya san is so deserved this. *More hearts* Hopefully there’ll be more spin-offs from Umino sensei, on other characters such as Hagu chan, Takemoto and Morita – very wishful thinking though.

Come and think of it, probably I should just get this whole set of manga, the Japanese version since I could never find the Taiwanese version around nor I feel like getting the English ones. It might be helping in learning Japanese, but most probably I won’t be able to understand 85% of the phrases either. ^^”

On the other note, autumn season is starting soon and I see lotsa potentially nice anime coming up but judging from the current situation, the chances of me following any of them are very low. If I will, my choices are Clannad: After Story and Nodame Cantabile Paris hen (I haven’t even finish the live action dorama and the specials ^^”) and Gundam 00 Second Season but owh wells, I’ve been getting lazy on these. Hey look they are all sequels. *gasps*

Currently I need to finish Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (and a bunch of the others), and get started on Code Geass R2 (been reading spoilers all these while) and Natsume Yuujin-chou (recommended by a friend). Not to mention Lucky Star OVA just released two days ago(!!) – if it was two years ago, most probably I have watch it already the minute it gets subbed.

Not complaining though, I still love the working life better. Just few weeks ago, at the same parking area where the blooming trees are (no more flowers), me and colleagues found many four-leaf clovers (or at least some very lookalikes) under the trees when we are about to head out for lunch.

The first thing that came into my mind is Honey & Clover.

Not surprised, haha.
