Here comes the final day of May. And thought I should update bits of here and there, all that happened in this faithful month, just for my own record. Hehs.

Brand new hospital still under renovation.

Papa got injured while working and was sent to hospital. He’s fine and recovering now, taking a break currently. Once again I’m reminded that life’s unpredictable, so do do things that you will not regret.

Magnum Gold.

The new Magnum Gold ads worked so well as we’re all sold after watching it many times on Tv. Upon curiosity finally  we bought the ice cream one day, explained why I believe in advertising. The Magnum Gold itself wasn’t bad at all, it’s not as sweet as I’d imagine normal caramel will be. Moreover it does have a lil bit of gold dust sticking on the ice cream (stick?) itself. Huh?!

Tickets and postcard.

Monster Inc at the entrance. I didn’t watch this and Ratatouille! Noes!

No photos allowed in the exhibition but am no very good with following the rules. This is a huge wall of miscellaneous fishes in Finding Nemo.

Pixar Exhibition wasn’t anything close to big scale but was surely inspiring enough. Most of the artworks displayed are sketches, storyboards and sculptures (damn those resin figurines look so good). Highlights of the exhibition were the amazing Toy Story zoetrope and Pixar artscape reels. Ya just gotta appreciate the kind of efforts and details they put into each piece of work.

New love.

Got a chance to try out the new HTC Desire and it rocks totally. Kyonkyon (HTC Magic / G2) is no match at all (duh). Still using it now and wish I don’t have to return the phone. Lols. Too bad it’s not rooted nor it’s Android Froyo yet.

Favourite book.

Bought tickets to Japan (like finally), hoping to see momiji. :) But before that, Bali trip next month, for summer. As if I don’t have enough summer here. Weather is freaking hot these days.

When it’s 33°C during lunch time for almost everyday, you need cold desserts. These are snowflake shaved ice @ 32 Degrees Fahrenheit. The ice is so fine that it melts right after putting it in mouth. Onomnomnom.

This is my very first taiyaki and it’s durian flavour. Because I’m not fan of azuki and I was craving for durian. Not bad, if only it’s stuffed with more durian. From Ooki taiyaki.
