lalala~

Image credits: Nocturnal Devil. 2 weeks passed, finally I’ve gotten a stable connection, thanks to the slowest broadband service on earth. You just gotta love their wonderful service, since they’re still willing to change a new modem for me after I found out the faulty one wasn’t my network card but the modem. /sarcasm.

Thanks to that, I spent the offline days watching anime. Lots of them.

Cowboy Bebop

See you space cowboy.

Classic (?) work of 1998, Cowboy Bebop is really worth watching. People who loves Samurai Champloo will like this one, or vice versa, since it’s from the same creator therefore the styles are similar. Good character design, nice stories, except the ending – the ending sucks imo, it’s too rushed. My love goes to Ed, loves all the random “sound” she made and the way she calls “FayeFaye~”, it’s so blardy cute, even though she doesn’t look like a girl at all. Cool songs too.

Watch the movie as well, Cowboy Bebop: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door. But compared to the anime, the movie wasn’t as good. And after watching everything, suddenly I thought Coyote Ragtime Show is sucha ripoff. Anyways, this is a must-watch.

Trinity Blood

Esther, Abel, Tres

Good anime. But I couldn’t really remember much details unfortunately – even it’s just 2 weeks ago. Ah yes, besides the fact that Tres is too sexy to be just a robot. Lols.

Bokura ga Ita

Yano, Nanami

Finally Bokura ga Ita is done. It got really boring somewhere in the middle but climb back to climax again throughout the ending so it wasn’t too bad. And the ending! Good one. But I’m really curious with the story after that, since there are actually more stories at the back, stuff after 3 years and etc.

Well, Nanami is really cute, so can’t really hate her for anything. Yano is cute too, but I’m more of a Takeuchi’s fan. Nanami should just go for him instead of Yano. Personal opinion.

There are still others, but mostly are just catching up with those on going series. And finally I’ve decided to cut down the titles starting from this winter season. Anime overdosed. Especially some of them are really dun worth the time to watch imo, eg: Magikano. As much as I wanted to complete it, I just couldn’t swallow this one and finally decided to put it aside after 4 episodes.

The only anime I’m watching from winter season is Nodame Cantabile. I’m still thinking about a few others. Nodame is funny, I really wanna check out the live action, since it seems that the LA version received better reviews. (?)

Ena!

Yotsubato! #43: Yotsubato Keirō no Hi (Yotsuba & Respect for the Aged Day) is up. Yotsuba is still as wacky as ever. But Ena is so cute. She won’t lose to any of the Ichigo Mashimaro lolis. <3

Lastly, Blood Diamond is good. It’s been a while since I watch a really good movie and it actually worth the money spent. On the other hand, the cinema was bad. The ceiling right in front and in the middle of the screen is leaking water for the whole 2.5 hours. Crap.

Nevertheless should take a look at this movie.
