Actually wanted to blog about the recently finished Clannad ~After Story~ and Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (yeah I’m late) – both are equally awesome imho but I’ve gotten busy earlier on and now that I’ve lost the mood to blog about them.

In short, Clannad is probably the most tear jerking anime ever while Gurren Lagann is the most hot blooded shounen anime I’ve ever seen. Though I feel Clannad’s ending is very unnatural, I know it’s Key’s work but still, it’s just kinda weird to see the change – then again, we all love the dango song, so what the heck. Thanks Kyoani.

As for Gurren Lagann, can’t think of anything to complain about. 10/10. Good job Gainax. I love how it’s so hot blooded and how nothing is impossible in the show, lols.

Anyways back to the topic of the day – Gundam 00 S2. It’s not end yet but after watching the latest 10 episodes at once moment ago, I have the urge to make some comments on the characters. Spoilers alert.

Gundam 00 S2

Shota turns into a fine young man. Yum.

Setsuna: Getting more likable day by day. Probably the next best character by Miyano Mamoru after the King of Ouran. Hmm, I expect to see a Ribbons or Ali vs Setsuna ending. And no Setsuna x Marina please. Even a Setsuna x Feldt would be so much better imho.

Tieria: Less emo is good, I hope he doesn’t die before Ribbons. Kamiya Hiroshi is the love, please watch Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou. XD

Lyle: He should be able to survive the battle with Ali? It’ll be rather sucky if he doesn’t. By the way, Lockon always get the best girls.

Allelujah: I thought Hallelujah’s dead. Anyways I think he’ll be fine together with his Marie.

Saji: Very painful to see him and Louise’s never ending drama. Ugh.

Sumeragi: You’re a great lady, kill Billy please.

Feldt: She needs a new guy.

Marie / Soma Peries: Prefer her in Soma Peries mode. Stay that way please. :D

Mileina: It’ll be fun to see her x Tieria lols. Hope she and her parents are able to live till the end.

Ribbons: Gay.

Healing: The annoying one should just die in many pieces.

Regene: Dead? Just like that?

Anew: I like the girl, she x Lyle made a good pair but shit happens.

Rivive: Trap!

Louise: I’m hoping for her to go but she probably won’t.

Marina: The song she made is good, but I r not approving her x Setsuna. >3

Shirin: I’ll rather see Marina’s dead than hers but the possibility is too low.

Wang Liu Mei: Really curious about her. More screen time please.

Hong Long: Poor oniisama.

Mannequin: It’ll be great for her and Sumeragi to meet again. Sucks that now Patrick is dead.

Mr. Bushido: I can’t really tell the purpose that he survived. His Flag does look nice though.

Ali: As a true villain, he deserves to die last.

Patrick: Will he somehow manage to survive again? Sad to see a fun character’s gone.

Billy: Just die already.

Sergei: Papa is dead. :(

Andrei: Die please.

Nena: It’s good that now you’re dead.

My wild prediction: Setsuna saves the world and disappeared since he’s now an Innovator. The rest of the meisters survived except maybe Tieria sacrifying himself to take over Veda or something. The rest of the people except Innovators and Ali survived – seriously doubt so though, I’m sure there’ll be more casualties.

We shall look forward and see. I fight for tomorrow. ;P
