I was just lol-ing at the girls’ comments. I mean, even it’s kinda off (saying Koiwai is Fuuka’s husband, lol) but it’s sucha typical scene among girls. When you bring a guy over (in this case it’s a man with a lil kid ;P) and your girlfriends will surely started to make silly guesses. Amusing stuff.

“The girl who said daddy was handsome kinda worries me…” <- I dun believe this came from Yotsuba chan ;P Must be Azuma sensei’s own remark, lols.

I’m a bit more concerned by the girl who thought Fuuka was married to Kowai, myself… but at the same time, we’re not talking about ‘kids of a small age’ here – the person saying that Kowai was cute was in HIGH SCHOOL, and about 10-12 years too young for Kowai at least. It was one of Fuuka’s classmates who was saying that Kowai was attractive, which is what worried the narrator or author at the end, the one who put in that note.

Um, you’re completely off. It’s common for kids at a small age, especially girls, to say that they want their father to be their husband when they grow older, etc. It’s only natural, if kids are proud of their mom and dads then it wouldn’t be strange if they think their parents are pretty too, in their own way.

Yes, that girl worries me too. Either that, or she just likes older, skinnier men – or the fact he’s toting a kid with him was the deciding factor. The one who asked if Kowaii was Fuuka’s husband worries me more, personally – isn’t she a tad young to be hitched? ;)
